Unveiling of Angler partner J. Todd Tucker's New Boat Wrap

On Wednesday June 18, 2008, Columbia County Convention and Visitors Bureau and Rhinehart’s Oyster Bar hosted a reception for angler partner J. Todd Tucker. Tucker revealed the new wrap for his bass boat that features advertisement for the CVB as well as the Clarks Hill Partnership. The boat will be seen all over the United States and Canada as J. Todd follows the BASS and FLW tours. Some of the people in attendance, include several members of the Hospitality Committee, Karen Chrjapin, Executive Director of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, as well as Pat Goodwin, CCVB Chair and Surinderjit Singh, CVB Treasurer, Scott Dean and Lee Anderson, candidates currently running for office, as well as legislative field representatives Jim Hussey from Senator Saxby Chambliss’ office and Nancy Bobbit from Senator Isakson’s office.

The synergy from this exciting group of professionals is incredible. There are so many ideas shared, we discuss ways we can partner together and figure out ways to combine our efforts to make a bigger splash with our visitors.

*The CVB will be represented at the AAA Sales Blitz organized by the Georgia Department of Economic Development, Tourism Department. It will be held the second week of August and representatives state wide will go to share information with AAA sales representatives.
